“ Was late to my appointment due to Texas Agriculture agency. My company kept them up to date. Once I arrived put straight in a door unloaded within a few minutes. Then was allowed to park to finish my break. Yard jockey was friendly and told me where to park so nobody would bother me. Do Not come in off of Parker not enough room to make right turn safely. ”

“ A few say no overnight parking, but security will allow you to park on their lot to the left (marked in green on photo). Photo attached on how to get in and out of this warehouse. From i45 or i30. i45 exit 283 A, going north, stay to the right towards Lamar St. Bottom of ramp turn left. Follow for about 1 mile to Corinth and make a wide turn right. Go to Bowder and turn right and follow directly to gate entrance just past stop sign. Be sure to stop. Local may be watching to give anyone a ticket for not stopping. DO NOT TAKE PARKER. You cannot turn into the entrance without taking out poles, cars, fence. If parked in staging lot, wait until 5:30am and then drive to other end of warehouse and park truck next to car lot. Do not block docks. Walk your paperwork in shipping receiving door next to dock 1. To save time, put your first name and phone number on back of paperwork. They will call you when paperwork is ready. Once given a door, you will drop trailer, disconnect and pull forward (similar to walmart). The people are super friendly here. If you speak Spanish, communication will be easier for you. ”

“ TO ENTER: use Corinth St and turn onto Browder Street. Do not block Parker Rd and wait at stop sign if you’re in line to check in. TO EXIT: if you are coming from the docks, make a 270 degree right turn unless you wanna lose your left tandems. Cross over Parker Rd and take Browder back to Corinth. Docks are to the right after security gate, friendly guy in there. Empties go to the left in dirt lot. Staging is on the right where employee parking is. Signs will point you to the receiving and shipping office past dock 1. Green door. Go in and it’ll be the office to your 10 o’clock. ”

“ Yelp, would have given 5 stars...but the receiving lady dropped the ball. She didn't tell the loader we was there to pick up our load. Had us waiting, but it's all good. Loader was super fast! Overnight parking is available in the gate, rough area though. Come in off Browder street, NOT parker!! ”

“ Disposed to super cool I got there at 2:30 a.m. And the security guard let me come in and sleep overnight that have a huge lot but you can sleep on which is very rare for Dallas area. Also off of Corinth street turn on Browder. Go off your apt time. I sat for 17+ hours, thinking I was gonna get in early!!!!! Location has restrooms & a shower if you dare! ”

“ Big shout out to Israel for his help fixing these collapsed pallets. That dude needs a raise. I definitely would have made it to my next pick up on time if it weren't for the extremely slow QC at this place. When you've been unloaded more than an hour and you still don't have your paperwork, it's hard on drivers keeping to their schedule. But that's the nature of the beast. ”

“ 3/5/25 - arrived at 0600. First check in at the guard shack. Pulled around to the docks and went in for 2nd check in. - was on a door by 0710. Unloading started at 0820. Done and got my paperwork by 1000. Lady at the window was nice and professional!! They lose a star because I saw nearly 6 trucks dock and be done after i got on the dock. Plenty of space to maneuver your trailer!! ”
